A lamp specially designed for "Van Tetterode glass studio" by Joep van Lieshout.

Mine is referring to a davy and at the same time an explosive. The lamp refers to the romance of industry and mines, a robust object that can compete with the heroism and the connectedness of the early industry. But it could also imply that the world has come to an end and this lamp tries to restore the ruins of our society to produce the many glass fragments that have remained.
